Technical Support Purpose
To meet or exceed section targets by providing technical assistance to department operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling vehicle‑related complaints, issues and monitoring job orders.
- Evaluating service providers and managing vehicle registration, insurance, and third‑party accident claims.
- Acting as an LTO Liaison Officer.
- Managing inventory, processing billing and payments, and maintaining vehicle/motorbike registration records.
- Planning resource use, schedules, and ensuring compliance with management systems such as ISO IMS and AMS.
- Supporting 5S initiatives, filing time and personal records, handling hazardous materials, and serving as a back‑up for absent team members.
Requirements
- College graduate, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering related fields.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge in Google, Microsoft or OpenOffice applications, and ERP is an advantage.
