This is a varied and involved role suited to someone who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and enjoys keeping a property running smoothly and to a very high standard. - Duties will include deep cleaning and housekeeping, laundry and ironing, unpacking and helping guests settle in, preparing and setting up breakfast, which may include serving tea and coffee, assisting with luggage, and providing general hosting support throughout guest stays.
- There is also the opportunity for the role to include some administrative support for the property, including assisting with bookings, organisation, property coordination, promotion, and light marketing tasks. This element of the position would suit someone who enjoys variety and is happy balancing both practical duties and organisational responsibilities.
