Working closely with the Deputy Estate Manager, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the estate to an exceptional standard while helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The Role

  • upkeep of external areas such as pathways, gutters, and wider estate infrastructure

You'll also coordinate and oversee contractors where specialist support is required, obtaining quotations and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard and with good value in mind. Alongside the practical elements of the role, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider estate team, support ongoing improvement projects, liaise professionally with tenants and representatives, maintain accurate records, and ensure all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations. There will also be an element of out-of-hours availability to respond to emergency maintenance issues when required.

Ideal Candidate
