About the Role
A private household in Notting Hill is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Live-in Housekeeper to take responsibility for the day-to-day care and upkeep of their home. This is a long-term position suited to someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a home to an excellent standard, is confident working independently, and has experience within high-quality private households.
Role Responsibilities
- Thorough cleaning and general household upkeep
- Polishing and care of delicate surfaces, antiques, artwork and silver
- Table setting and household presentation
- Laundry and ironing
- Wardrobe management and seasonal wardrobe changes
- Packing and unpacking for travel
- Liaising with contractors and tradespeople when required
- Keeping on top of general household tasks and maintenance
- Some flexibility to travel within Europe during the summer would be a bonus.
