Location: ABode Canterbury is a stylish, four AA star 72-bedroom boutique hotel on Canterbury High Street, which houses our own restaurant brand, Brasserie ABode. For the commuters, Canterbury East and West train stations are just a few minutes’ walk away.

As a Restaurant Manager you will lead our restaurant team and ensure we always provide exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Get to know the menu to advise our guests when they ask for help.
  • Recruit the best staff for your team when new team members are needed.
  • Train new staff to be as wonderful as our current staff.
  • Encourage close relationships across all teams.
  • Ensure all our guests have a memorable experience.
  • Help each other across departments as part of one team.
  • Be flexible with rotas, and we will be flexible with you in return.
