What we’re looking for
- A UK driving licence and your own car
- The right to work in the UK
- A kind, dependable, and empathetic nature (experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Availability for 7am–3pm and/or 3pm–10pm shifts
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
What you’ll be doing
As a Care & Support Worker, you’ll be a lifeline to those who wish to continue living independently at home. No two days are the same, but every day, you’ll make a real difference.
Your visits may include:
- Preparing meals and drinks, ensuring good nutrition
- Helping with medication and safe mobility
- Offering companionship and reassurance
- Supporting with light housework (cleaning, laundry)
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing)
- Encouraging healthy habits and wellbeing, so clients can enjoy life to the fullest
