Shift Details

  • Weekdays (daytime): £12.30
  • Weekdays (evening): £12.90
  • Weekends (daytime): £13.80
  • Weekends (evening): £14.50
  • Plus additional pay for Bank Holidays

Working Hours

A mix of 7 am‑3 pm and 3 pm‑10 pm including working alternate weekends.

Location & Travel

This is a community‑based home care worker role, and you’ll support clients predominantly around Melksham, Devizes & surrounding areas. As a company we cover Bath, Trowbridge, Corsham, Keynsham, Saltford & Weston and surrounding areas, so you may need to travel beyond your standard area occasionally.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • Right to work in the UK and settled status – we’re unable to offer sponsorship
  • Resilient, self‑driven, can‑do attitude, super‑organised, problem solver, ownership mindset, calm under pressure, great communication skills, team player

Training & Support

All candidates go through our paid full induction training before heading out to support clients. Continuous support is available throughout each shift from both your dedicated team.
