Nominee Director(s)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced or non-experienced nominee directors for full-time/part-time working from home . We will be accepting candidates throughout the UK . The Nominee director will act on behalf of international companies so that they can legally register in the UK with Companies House and to make sure that everything the company needs to run legally in the UK is carried out. The roles also includes the ability to be able to register the company with various financial institutions and the HMRC, along with the ability to set up Amazon Seller accounts.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding and experience of registering companies with Companies house; filling out relevant tax forms to register for VAT, and to deal with banks to set up
