Location: This role is aligned to our Peterborough office on a hybrid working model. However, due to the US‑aligned working hours of the role, we are also open to considering fully remote candidates based within the UK, with occasional travel required as needed.

Contract Type, Shift Pattern, Working Hours: Permanent, 37.5‑hour working week, Monday to Friday, aligned to US East Coast hours with a typical working pattern of approximately 13:30‑22:00 UK time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through to delivery and service transition
  • Leading multiple concurrent projects across a diverse international technology portfolio
  • Facilitating project definition workshops and gathering requirements from key stakeholders
  • Producing and maintaining project documentation including Project Initiation Documents, project plans, RAID logs and status reports
  • Managing project budgets, forecasting and financial tracking to ensure effective cost control
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams and resource scheduling to ensure successful project delivery
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Supporting change management activities and ensuring seamless transition into operational support
