Are you a hands‑on SuccessFactors specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and making a real impact for end users? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, from troubleshooting system issues to enhancing workflows and reporting? We’re searching for a SuccessFactors Support Analyst to join the team. In this role, you’ll act as a key technical support specialist, working across multiple business units to resolve queries, optimise system performance, and support ongoing improvements—while also having the opportunity to grow into more technical, configuration‑focused work over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a first point of contact for SuccessFactors system queries, troubleshooting issues and resolving user requests
- Supporting and delivering minor configuration changes across modules (e.g. workflows, role‑based permissions, picklists, reports)
- Managing and prioritising support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience
- Building and maintaining reports to support business insights and HR operations
- Investigating system errors, access issues, and data discrepancies, working with third parties where needed (e.g. SAP, EPI‑USE, AKT)
- Supporting SAP SuccessFactors releases, including testing, documentation, and communication to stakeholders
- Collaborating with HR, IS teams, and Functional Leads to improve processes and drive system adoption
- Maintaining system documentation and ensuring knowledge is shared effectively across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (EC) configuration
- Proven experience in a SuccessFactors, HRIS, or systems support role
- Hands‑on experience with configuration areas such as role‑based permissions, workflows, reporting, and picklists
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system and user issues
- A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn and develop into more technical areas
- Experience working with stakeholders across HR, IT, and third‑party providers
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
- A relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in a business, analytical, or technical field
This role is UK‑based only, with a flexible approach to working. You can be primarily home‑based, with occasional travel to our Peterborough office and other UK sites as required.
