As the Technical-Commercial Coordinator for Ruminants, based in Brazil, you will support client relationships and business growth in the ruminant market. The role combines technical knowledge with commercial capability, assisting clients in identifying solutions aligned with their production goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of ruminant clients in Brazil, combining commercial activity with technical support, strengthening relationships and driving business development.
  • Maintain existing accounts and identify new opportunities, providing daily technical-commercial support as a reliable point of contact for product and service usage.
  • Engage in strategic B2B segments, such as feed mills, premix manufacturers, and cooperatives, building credibility with market influencers, especially nutritionists.
  • Support internal planning through demand activities and forecasting, market research, and generating customer insights to guide new product development and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and supply chain, ensuring agile support and effective account management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a commercial role in the animal nutrition sector (Technical-Commercial Supervisor, Coordinator, Manager or similar roles).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and commercial activities focused on clients.
  • Mandatory experience in the ruminant segment, with a clear understanding of the specifics of ruminant nutrition compared to other segments.
  • Technical education (preferably in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, or Animal Science), with practical experience in the sector and the ability to participate in technical discussions.
  • Strong commercial profile, balancing sales performance and technical credibility (approximately 70% commercial and 30% technical).
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian market and confidence to work with large corporate clients in the animal nutrition sector.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Brazil and occasionally abroad. English is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office for communication and reporting.
