We're looking for a Global Payroll Advisor to join our People Services team and help deliver an accurate, compliant and efficient payroll service for employees across the UK and internationally.

Working closely with colleagues across People, Finance and external payroll providers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time while helping drive continuous improvement across our payroll operations.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing across UK and international payrolls, working closely with external payroll providers.
  • Validate payroll data, complete reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expert support and guidance on payroll queries for employees and People teams.
  • Manage payroll activities in line with legislative requirements, internal controls and statutory reporting obligations.
  • Support payroll audits, provider transitions, system upgrades and testing activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and payroll partners while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Experience processing UK and international payrolls.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and payroll systems such as SAP Success Factors or similar.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, governance and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and build effective relationships across countries, teams and time zones.
