Your job: Based in London, the role of the Origination Banker is to originate and introduce UK-based high net worth individuals seeking access to EU-based wealth management services to ABN AMRO’s international platform. - Explaining ABN AMRO’s value proposition and facilitating introduction to the relevant WM teams in Netherlands, France, Germany, and Belgium
- Leveraging ABN AMRO’s broader platform (“One Bank & Dual Client Strategy”), working closely with Corporate Banking and other internal partners to identify opportunities within existing client relationships
- Coordinating a clean, timely and documented handover of prospects to the relevant Wealth Management teams
- Developing and executing commercial initiatives, including events, partnerships and campaigns, to increase market visibility and strengthen the origination pipeline
- Providing regular, structured updates and insights on pipeline performance, origination progress and market developments to senior stakeholders in the UK and across the International Private Banking platform, supporting strategic decision-making and governance

- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in internal systems
- Ensuring full adherence to applicable UK and EU regulatory requirements throughout the origination and introducing process
- Representing the ABN AMRO brand in the UK market through engagement with professional intermediaries, advisors and industry forums
The role focuses on client origination and introduction, with conversion, onboarding, booking and ongoing relationship management managed by the receiving Wealth Management teams. Your profile:
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, business development, or network driven and client engagement roles within Wealth Management
- Strong track record of building high quality client pipelines through proactive origination activities
- Proven ability to operate in a front-office, revenue-generating role with clear accountability for origination performance and commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial drive and a results-oriented mindset (comfortable working with targets/KPIs)

- Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong awareness of applicable UK and EU regulatory requirements
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, or German. Proficiency in multiple of these languages would be advantageous.
- Ideally degree educated or relevant professional qualifications.
