ABN AMRO Bank is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Data and Governance to join their London-based Human Resources team. What you\’ll do
- Analyse and present monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc people management information (MI) data to provide valuable insights for the HR team and business leaders
- Proactively suggest improvements to reporting processes that add value to the business and enable timely resolution of HR issues
- Collate and analyse onboarding and exit interview data, sharing actionable insights with HR Business Partners to enhance employee experience
- Support the annual budget process by collaborating closely with payroll and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation
- Develop robust data sets and trackers as required to support various HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Act as the single point of contact for all HR data matters within the UK HR function, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders
- Assist the HR team in maintaining GDPR compliance by completing Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Change Risk Assessments (CRAs), and Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
- Maintain data integrity within HR systems by overseeing effective processes and ensuring accuracy in all records
- Support risk management activities such as tracking HR risk events, conducting periodic risk monitoring tasks, and preparing monthly risk dashboards
- Lead organisational activities including team meetings, action tracking for annual plans, project progression monitoring, procurement support for third-party contracts owned by HR, and providing guidance on standard operating procedures
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience working with HR systems such as ADP or Success Factors is highly desirable but not essential for success in this role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required so you can confidently analyse large datasets, draw meaningful insights from complex information sources, and present findings clearly
- Familiarity with PowerBI or Qualtrics for reporting purposes will enable you to deliver impactful MI reports that inform decision-making across the business
- A solid understanding of GDPR requirements as they relate specifically to human resources activities ensures compliance throughout all processes you manage
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding allows you to contribute effectively from day one
- Exceptional attention to detail is vital for maintaining accuracy when reading or drafting documentation related to human resources policies or contracts
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks governing HR activities helps you navigate legal complexities confidently while supporting business objectives
