Working environment
Digital Workplace is responsible for the Modern Digital Workplace within ABN AMRO (30.000+ seats). We operate from the Netherlands and have our business users both inside and outside the Netherlands. We deliver not only the workplace devices but also a full suite of functionality to the standard workplace. The workplace is prepared for the new way of hybrid working that ABN AMRO embraces as the new way of working looking forward. Our goal is to be the personal workplace in a digital age, seamless collaboration anytime and anyplace.
Our department has multiple DevOps teams working closely together. Each team covering a separate part of the Digital Workplace spectrum. For example, we have M365 (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook), Social Collaboration (e.g. SharePoint, Kaltura) and Unified Communication (e.g. Teams Telephony, Trader Telephony, Compliance Recording).
Your profile
We are looking for you if you have proven skills within Unified communications, in specific telephony infrastructure and you have helped other companies excel on their Unified Communications journey. We have a telephony infrastructure based upon Audiocodes SBC’s and as operational tool OVOC. With that we provide the infrastructure to our contact center solution, managed by a separate department, to our own telephony solution, Microsoft Teams Phone, which is being used in 8 countries and to the trader telephony solution and fax solution.
Within our team, we are end-to-end responsible, so we have big playing field and there’s a lot to learn and teach.
Must have requirements for this role are the following:
- Advanced knowledge of AudioCodes SBC’s and OVOC (must).
- Advanced knowledge of telco operators (must).
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Automation Solutions, CI/CD pipelines (must).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, its features & potential (must).
- You are a connector and strive for cross-team, cross-departmental collaborations (must).
- You have a proactive attitude and you are not afraid to challenge people (must).
- You are not afraid to take the lead and show ownership (must).
- A team player who is eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions or make mistakes (must).
