Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
  • Identify and prospect new clients within the energy sector.
  • Understand their challenges and make them match with suitable engineering profiles.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships and ensure ongoing client support and loyalty.
  • Recruitment & Team Management
    • Play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
    • Build and lead your team of consultants, supporting them in their career development.
    • Provide personalised follow up, taking into account their aspirations (projects, sectors, etc.) and promoting skills development through annual reviews and tailored training.
  • Managing Your Business Unit
    • Act as a true intrapreneur, developing and optimising your activity while leveraging the strength of a recognised group.
    • Ensure the profitability of your Business Unit by implementing an effective strategy and monitoring performance indicators.
