SHIFT PATTERN: 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri split shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your duties will involve cleaning, hoovering, mopping, desk wiping, kitchen, and toilet cleaning.
- You will empty waste and top up consumables.
- You must have good attention to detail and high standards of cleaning.
- You will be responsible for disinfecting areas as per planner.
- Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting desks and all surfaces.
- Scrubbing kitchens and toilets.
- Hoovering and mopping floors.
- Disinfecting all high touch points.
- Detail work: skirtings, sills, fixtures etc.
- Following group and company policies and procedures.
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.
- Any other duties as assigned by your manager to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of the business will be communicated to you.
Requirements
- Experience in a cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance role would be beneficial, though not always essential.
- Understanding how to use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to follow company policies, cleaning protocols, and safety regulations.
- Ability to report any issues, communicate training needs, and provide feedback to management.
- Willingness to take on other duties as assigned, supporting the team in various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Good attention to detail.
- Work to routine schedules.
- Ability to work on their own and as a team.
- Excellent timekeeping.
- Good communication skills.
