We are recruiting an experienced Specialist Window Cleaning Team Leader / Supervisor to manage and lead window cleaning operations at the Old Trafford Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role combining specialist cleaning duties with team supervision, safety compliance, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of Specialist Window Cleaning Technicians
- Carry out window cleaning duties alongside the team as required
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard
- Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, site rules, and company health and safety policies
