About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Specialist Cleaning Operative to join our Midlands team. This role focuses on external cleaning services across commercial and industrial sites, including pressure washing, reach-and-wash window cleaning, and cladding cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pressure washing and jet cleaning of external surfaces
  • Reach-and-wash window cleaning at height
  • Cladding and façade cleaning
  • Safe handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Compliance with health & safety and COSHH regulations
  • Driving to various sites across the Midlands region

Requirements

  • Proven experience in specialist / external cleaning
  • Valid IPAF licence (for operating MEWPs)
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings or evenings

Desirable

  • Additional certifications in specialist cleaning or health & safety
  • Experience working in high-risk or industrial environment
