About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Specialist Cleaning Operative to join our Midlands team. This role focuses on external cleaning services across commercial and industrial sites, including pressure washing, reach-and-wash window cleaning, and cladding cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Pressure washing and jet cleaning of external surfaces
- Reach-and-wash window cleaning at height
- Cladding and façade cleaning
- Safe handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Compliance with health & safety and COSHH regulations
- Driving to various sites across the Midlands region
Requirements
- Proven experience in specialist / external cleaning
- Valid IPAF licence (for operating MEWPs)
- Full UK Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings or evenings
Desirable
- Additional certifications in specialist cleaning or health & safety
- Experience working in high-risk or industrial environment
