Job Objective & Responsibilities:
We are looking to appoint a proactive Security Officer with customer service at the forefront of all they do to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers and team. SIA DS or SG Licence required.
Job Spec:
• Carry periodic duties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions
• Be present on the mall to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained
• Conduct patrols covering all areas of the mall and service areas
• Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden
• Oversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices
Candidate requirements:
• Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal
• Good communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writing
• Excellent time management
• Smart, well-groomed and confident
• Conflict Management aware
• High level of customer care awareness
• Familiar with patrolling and monitoring from both a loss prevention aspect and health & safety
• SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
