LOCATION: OLD GEORGE MALL SHOPPING CENTRE
SHIFT PATTERN: Thursday and Saturday, 16 hours per week
PAY RATE: £ per hour
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the computer car park system
- Dealing with customers face to face, over intercom system and phone call systems
- Sorting out problems with car park pay stations
- Assisting customers with queries and issues
- Liaising with the Control Room
- Responding to alarms
- Keeping high standards of cleanliness around the car park including litter picking and operational ride on equipment
- Carry out cleaning & re-stocking supplies in public toilet
- Control stock levels of car park tickets and replenish tickets in the ticket machines when necessary
- To report any fault to car park equipment
- Report any breaches to security of vehicles
- Carry out other duties as may be directed from time to time
- Maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff, following all health & safety procedures
