Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our management team, overseeing a multi-disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. As a Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining the highest standards of Security and Environmental services within a busy, town centre-based shopping and leisure facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate your team to ensure the highest service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
- Develop yourself and your team through ongoing training, coaching and mentorship.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring all team members feel valued and respected.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by effectively prioritising and delegating tasks according to business, team, and individual needs.
- Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring visitors experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Key Attributes & Skills

- Previous front-line leadership experience in either Housekeeping or Security.
- Ability to develop and inspire team members, supporting their professional growth.
