- KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Readilyinteractwithallvisitors/tenantswithinthe Venues, deliveringfirstclass customer focused service
- Carryoutregularpatrolsofthe Venuesasdetailedinthesite assignment Instructions, being always proactive
- Continuouslylookforopportunitiestobeofassistancetovisitorsatthe Bars and Restauraunts, proactively helping wherever opportunities arise
- Safeguardallthevenues and Carparking areasaresafeandnon-threateningenvironmentforallvisitors/tenants.
- Ensuringallincidentsaremanagedinaccordancewithsitepoliciesandprocedure
- Liaisingwithsitecontrolroomproactivelyreactingtoincidentsandensuringcolleaguesarefully briefed and always supported
- Ensureanyunsecureareasofthesitearereportedto Control Roomimmediatelyandaction taken to resolve
- Record/logallnon-conformancesandemergencieswiththeappropriatecontrolroomoperatives
- Dealefficientlyandeffectivelywithallemergenciesensuringthe Centreteamarekeptfully always informed
- Intelligentunderstanding ofhumanbehaviour, monitoringandsurveillanceofsuspect individuals, logging, and reporting incidents in line with site/company polices
