Join our Passenger Assistance team and be the reason passengers enjoy a smooth, memorable and stress‑free journey through the airport. Assisting passengers who require support to and from the aircraft, whether they have limited mobility, visual or hearing impairments, or simply need some extra help, you will deliver outstanding service every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting passengers who require support through the airport, either on foot, by wheelchair or electric buggy depending on their needs
- Transferring passengers on and off the aircraft, either into their seat or wheelchair through safe manual handling techniques
- Pushing wheelchairs and assisting with luggage
- Delivering a calm, professional service in a busy environment
