SHIFT PATTERN: 5 ON 2 OFF, 40 hours per week

PAY RATE: £14.33 per hour

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintaining and transporting stock levels in a busy airport warehouse.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Your main aim will be to ensure that par levels of stock meet customer requirements, replenishing and recycling items as necessary and processing orders using agreed procedures.
  • Stock items include a range of aircraft consumables and laundry items such as blankets, headrest covers and headsets.
  • You'll also clean and check storage units and equipment, ensure that equipment and materials are removed from vehicles when required and ensure accurate records are kept of usage and availability.
  • The role will involve some manual handling activities - e.g., lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and driving.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a stores, warehouse or similar environment
  • Entry level functional skills

  • Willingness and ability to work shifts
