Experiential & Activation Execution

  • Support the planning and delivery of live activations, including sampling, pop-ups, and in-store experiences.
  • Source and coordinate experiential elements such as performers, artists, and brand ambassadors.
  • Assist with staffing coordination and on-site execution where required.

Supplier & Production Coordination

  • Liaise with production suppliers and external partners.
  • Support the delivery of production briefs and ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate materials, logistics, and installation requirements.
