The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 £ per hour.
Location: Inshes Retail Park
Working Hours: 24 hours per week, Temporary role
Shift Pattern: Sunday - Wednesday (4 out of 7 days)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and some landscape duties in an external environment, road, and car parks
- Assist customers and be a helpful point of contact when needed
- Identify health and safety issues and report them to the management team
- Ensure cleaning/maintenance checks and site-specific compliances are adhered to
- Keep the site safe, clean & welcoming towards our client & customers
- Be an excellent ABM brand ambassador
- Plant new flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes
- Maintain gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding
- Water plants and lawns and add fertilizer as needed
- Remove snow, ice, and leaves as needed
- Build and renovate stone pathways, patios, and ledges
- Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles
- Drive work vehicles around sites
- Adhere to all RAMS and H&S guidelines
Requirements:
- Cleaner/Maintenance service experience within the retail or similar environment (preferable)
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Approachable and courteous manner
- Excellent attention to detail within cleaning/maintenance responsibilities
- Ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role & the business
