ABM is a leading facilities services provider delivering integrated solutions across a wide range of industries. As part of our digital transformation strategy, ABM Connect is our proprietary platform that enhances service delivery through real-time data, workforce enablement, and client transparency. The ABM Connect Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in deploying this platform across new and existing client sites. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role responsible for configuring, implementing, and embedding ABM Connect to drive operational efficiency, improve service visibility, and enhance client experience. You will act as the bridge between technology and operations, ensuring successful system deployment, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation. The role combines elements of business analysis, system implementation, stakeholder management, and change enablement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation & Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end implementation of ABM Connect across client sites, from initiation through to go-live and stabilisation.
    • Configure and prepare systems based on client-specific operational requirements.
    • Conduct system setup, data configuration, and user provisioning.
    • Provide on-site and remote go-live support to ensure smooth transition.
    • Contribute to data governance practices, including data quality, ownership, and lineage.
  • Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with operational leaders, clients, and internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to maximise value from ABM Connect.
    • Deliver product demonstrations and support business development activities where required.
    • Maintain clear communication and governance throughout implementation lifecycle.
  • Training & Adoption
    • Design and deliver training for frontline employees, supervisors, and management teams.
    • Identify and develop “super users” within client organisations to support ongoing adoption.
    • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful embedding of the platform.
    • Monitor system usage and adoption, proactively addressing gaps.
  • Data & Insights
    • Support the setup and validation of client data within the platform.
    • Interpret and present dashboards and insights to clients and operational teams.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with operational processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Support
    • Monitor post-implementation performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
    • Collaborate with product and technology teams to feed back enhancements and user needs.
    • Contribute to the evolution of ABM Connect through structured feedback and innovation.
  • Project & Governance
    • Manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple sites.
    • Coordinate logistics such as training schedules, hardware provisioning, and onboarding activities.
    • Ensure compliance with governance, reporting, and quality standards.
    • Support the development of scalable implementation methodologies and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in system implementation, business analysis, or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Experience delivering projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and go-live.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical system configurations.
  • Experience with digital platforms, SaaS products, or operational technology solutions.
  • Strong data literacy, with the ability to interpret and present insights.
  • Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in facilities management, aviation, or service-led industries.
  • Familiarity with workforce management, task management, or work order systems.
  • Exposure to dashboards, reporting tools, or Power Platform technologies.
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience.
