LOCATION: Eden Shopping Centre, High Wycombe HP 11 2DQ
SHIFT PATTERN: Thursday-Monday, 38 hours per week
PAY RATE: £13.59 per hour
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Your responsibilities will be looking out for the safety and welfare of members of the public who visit the Centre, to ensure that they have a pleasant shopping experience without fear of any incidents occurring which may affect that experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to both written and verbal enquiries from Customers
- Directing Customers to required stores within the Centre
- Transferring telephone calls to Management staff
- Selling Eden Centre gift cards and reconciling cash at the end of the day
- Health and Safety checks
- Reporting and logging maintenance jobs
- Maintaining stock levels of Centre leaflets and signage
- Creating a rapport with staff in stores and maintaining contact

- Verbal and written English is essential due to the nature of the business
