LOCATION: CENTRAL RETAIL PARK - FALKIRK
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday-Sunday 5/7, 40 hours per week
PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Your duties will involve maintenance and landscaping of customer and staff areas of the retail park and includes:
- Litter picking
- Sweeping
- Weed control
- Emptying bins
- Chewing gum removal
- Pressure washing of pedestrian walkways
- General maintenance and repairs required around the park
Experience and knowledge of use of landscaping equipment, hand and power tools required. Possession of current IPAF 3A/3B and Pesticide PA1/PA6 certificates would be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Litter pick and sweep of all areas of the retail park
- Grass cutting maintenance
- Hedge, shrub, tree maintenance
- Weed/moss removal
- Flower bed maintenance
- Weed spraying
- Leaf clearance
- Slab/concrete repairs
- Bollards repairs
- Fence repairs
- Painting
- Power washing
- Gum removal
- General repairs
- Litter picking
- Emptying waste bins
- Sweeping shopfront cleaning, bollards, barriers, bins, shop cladding
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Good attendance
