LOCATION: Killingworth Shopping Centre

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 Days from 7 On Rota, 40 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.80 per hour - overtime available

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Services Manager to join our team. As the Dual Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of security, cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other contractual tasks at our client's Shopping Centre. You will ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the contract in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management are consistently achieved
  • Ensure security team are deployed in line with site rotas, communicating effectively and managing & recording any incidents occurring on site.
  • Complete Monthly Reporting to include budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations
  • Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
  • Control staff rosters, payroll, and manning levels
  • Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site-based team
  • Ensure compliance with quality performance measures and resolve any non-compliance issues

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Significant experience in Managing a multi-disciplinary team with a bias towards cleaning
  • Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good IT literacy
  • Health & Safety Certificate

QUALIFICATIONS

  • SIA Front Line Door Supervisory License
  • SIA CCTV Licence (Desirable)
