ABM UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Supervisor to lead and manage site operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise site teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing health and safety procedures
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage scheduling, HR, and payroll tasks related to the site team
- Respond proactively to any incidents or emergencies on site
- Provide training and mentoring to junior site supervisors and team members
Candidate requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience within security, cleaning, or facilities management preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence would be advantageous
