We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our night‑time cleaning teams. In this vital role, you will ensure that our client premises are impeccably clean and maintained, contributing to a safe and productive environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough cleaning duties during night shifts including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize all designated areas including restrooms, kitchens, offices, and communal spaces.
- Empty bins and properly dispose of waste in line with recycling policies.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably night shifts, is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently during night hours.
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts including weekends.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices related to cleaning.
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
