LOCATION: CENTRAL RETAIL PARK – FALKIRK
PAY RATE: £ per hour
SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off
WORKING HOURS: 21 hours per week

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Your duties will involve cleaning of customer and staff areas of retail park and includes litter picking, sweeping, weed control, emptying bins, office and welfare facilities and toilet cleaning. You will empty waste bins throughout the park and maintain pedestrian walkways and roads to ensure all are clean and clear of hazards. You must have good attention to detail and high standards of cleaning. You will be responsible for disinfecting areas as per specification where required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Litter pick and sweep of all areas of retail park
• Cleaning staff toilets
• Chewing Gum removal. Pressure Washing.
• Disinfecting all high touch points
• Detail work bollards, barriers, bins.
• Following group and company policies and procedures
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager.
