LOCATION: INVERNESS RETAIL PARK
SHIFT PATTERN: 4 days out of 7, 32 hours per week
PAY RATE: £13.45 per hour
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the retail park to a high standard. Duties include:
- Litter picking
- Maintaining pathways
- Sweeping
- Waste management
- Spot cleaning glass doors/windows
- Cleaning all stainless-steel fixtures and barriers/glass door panels
- Pressure washing
- Hedge cutting
- Weeding
- Grass cutting
- General maintenance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General cleaning and some landscape duties in an external environment, road, and car parks
- Being a helpful point of contact for customers who need assistance
- Being watchful for health and safety issues and reporting them to the management team
- Ensuring that the cleaning/maintenance checks are completed
