REPORTING TO: Cleaning Manager
LOCATION: The Lexicon, Bracknell
HOURS: 40 hours per week
PAY RATE: £ PER HOUR
SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be clean, smart in appearance, and wear company uniform at all times to maintain ABM’s reputation for professionalism and quality.
- To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BICSc standards, fully meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- To adhere strictly to ABM’s Health and Safety procedures and demonstrate personal responsibility for health and safety.
- To effectively interact with the public and offer assistance when appropriate.
- To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader.
- To suggest improvements to working practices for continuous improvement.
- To support and assist colleagues whenever possible.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as operationally required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good customer care skills
- Smart clean appearance
- Totally committed to quality
Desirable
- Driving licence preferred
- Experience using ride-on machines
