Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Sunday - flexibility required
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high-level or specialist cleaning works across various sites in the Midlands and North Region of the UK.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform window cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, pressure washing, and graffiti removal.
- Complete all equipment checks as required.
- Maintain up-to-date paperwork and documentation.
- Communicate effectively within the team.
- Follow safety guidelines to work safely.
Skills and Experience:
- Commercial window cleaning experience is required.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Knowledge of specialist cleaning (training provided if necessary).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to travel and stay away from home when needed.
Certifications:
- IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, Harness Training, SEAMA.
- Full valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
- Must have a DBS check.
- Desirable: 5 years of checkable work history.
