Role Overview and Purpose
ABM UK is seeking a hardworking Cleaning Operative with a particular skillset. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other contractual tasks at our client\βs site. You will ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- High level cleaning
- Driving company site vehicles such as tugs, vans, and forklifts
- Deep clean of washrooms
- Periodic cleaning of stone flooring
- Light maintenance
- Waste management
- Window cleaning
- Use of scrubber driers, buffers and other cleaning equipment
- Jet washing
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work within a team
- Proactive with good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
- Driving Licence is essential
- Forklift Counterbalance certificate would be beneficial
- IPAF certificate would be beneficial
- Health & Safety Certificate
