LOCATION: Castlepoint Shopping Park, Bournemouth
HOURS OF WORK: 20 hours per week, 3 days per week - varying each week
PAY RATE: £12.36 per hour

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in the designated areas for public use.
- To perform various cleaning & waste management duties as required.
- To ensure that all duties carried out are strictly in accordance with our standards & policies so that quality work is delivered, meeting/exceeding our expectations.
- To always wear well laundered company uniform so that Castlepoint Shopping Park’s reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised.
- To ensure that all work undertaken is carried out in accordance with Castlepoint & ABM’s Health and Safety procedures.
- To demonstrate commitment to personal responsibility for health and safety for oneself and others.
- To effectively assist the public in a friendly & professional manner.
- To carry out your duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- To consider the work undertaken and suggest improvements for continuous improvement.
- To work in a proactive manner supporting/assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/operationally required.
