  • Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives, translating ambiguous business challenges into robust analytical frameworks.
  • Provide forward-looking insights through advanced analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modelling to support strategic planning and performance management.
  • Define and enforce data quality, governance, and reporting standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability of BI assets.
  • Act as a technical authority for Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, setting design standards and best practices.
  • Design and deliver sophisticated Power Apps solutions and automated workflows that materially improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple data sources and business systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
  • Evaluate and introduce new Power Platform capabilities and features to maximise organisational value.
  • Partner with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to shape analytics roadmaps and prioritise BI investment.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations.
  • Act as a key liaison between business, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Mentor and coach BI analysts and developers, contributing to skills development.
  • Lead data literacy initiatives, embedding a culture of self-service analytics and insight-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously assess and improve BI methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive analytics, automation, and machine learning where appropriate.
