Role Overview And Purpose
We are looking to appoint a proactive Security Officer with customer service at the forefront of all they do to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers and team. SIA DS or SG Licence required.
Job Spec:
- Carry periodic duties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions
- Be present on the park to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained
- Conduct patrols covering all areas of the retail park and service areas
- Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden
- Oversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices
Candidate requirements:
- Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal
- Good communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writing
- Excellent time management
- Smart, well-groomed and confident
- Conflict Management aware
- High level of customer care awareness
- Familiar with patrolling and monitoring from both a loss prevention aspect and health & safety
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
