Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and work with a fullātime night cleaning team.
- Be proactive, problemāsolving, with good attention to detail and reliability.
- Various cleaning duties.
- Machine operation.
- Supervise a team of cleaners.
- Manage the allocation of holidays.
- Monitor and control periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard.
- Complete paperwork/audits and manage your and the team's T&A system.
- Communicate with line manager.
- Check periodical or specialist works once completed.
- Train staff.
- Conduct team briefings.
- Be accountable for your team.
- Work within health & safety.
- Complete staff wages.
- Liaise with line manager regarding afterāevent cleanāups.
