LOCATION: HQ office, Hounslow
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
CONTRACT: 3 months fixed time contract

Role Purpose: To manage, validate, and optimise supplier rebates and commercial income streams, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and timely recovery of all due revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Rebate Management
- Track and calculate supplier rebates in line with contractual agreements
- Maintain a centralised rebate tracker across all suppliers and business units
- Ensure all rebate opportunities are captured and maximised
- Validation & Reconciliation
- Reconcile supplier statements against internal data (spend, volume, pricing)
- Identify discrepancies and challenge suppliers where required
- Ensure accurate accruals and recovery of income
- Contract & Commercial Support
- Review supplier contracts to extract rebate terms and conditions
- Support procurement teams in structuring commercially beneficial agreements
- Ensure rebate mechanisms are clearly defined and enforceable
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams
- Provide regular reporting on rebate performance and recovery status
- Support senior stakeholders with insights on supplier income
- Reporting & Analysis
- Produce monthly reports on rebates earned vs received, outstanding claims, forecasted income
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Process Improvement & Governance
- Develop and standardise rebate tracking processes
- Ensure audit‑ready documentation and compliance
- Reduce revenue leakage through improved controls
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Experience in commercial finance, procurement, or supplier management
- Ability to interpret contracts and commercial terms
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel / data analysis capability
- Confident stakeholder management and ability to challenge suppliers
Desirable
- Experience with rebate/income tracking in FM or procurement environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Understanding of ESG‑linked rebates or sustainability incentives

- % of rebates recovered vs contracted
