As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our clients' office spaces during the shift. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments.
- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment placing orders as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure staff compliance.
- Perform floor cleaning once per week or as required including carpets and hard floors during the shift.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, preferably within a blue-chip company.
- Strong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
