POSITION: Commercial Window Cleaner
LOCATION: Livingston Designer Outlet, EH54 6QX
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 20 hours per week
PAY RATE: £12.76 per hour
POSITION OVERVIEW: ABM UK is seeking a dedicated and reliable window cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis. Working on a 5-over-7 rota pattern, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas in accordance with ABM's quality and safety protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and identify cleaning requirements, promptly reporting any areas of concern to your supervisor
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment correctly and safely
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, responding efficiently to their requirements
- Complete all necessary equipment checks and inspections as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and documentation
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team
- Work safely in compliance with company safety guidelines at all times
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven commercial window cleaning experience
- Ability and willingness to work at height
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation
