Monday to Friday br/ br/ SALARY: Competitive br/ br/ ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE The Manager, Innovation Enablement – UK Irelandis responsible fortranslating enterprise technology and innovation solutions into scaled, value-generating outcomes across the UK Ireland business. This role serves as a critical bridge between centralized Product, Technology, and Innovation teams and regional UK I leadership and operations. br/ br/ The role has two core mandates: br/ br/ 1. Enable and scale existing enterprise solutions across UK I through hands-on implementation, training, change management, and integration support. br/ br/ 2. Identifysolution gaps and partner with central innovation and product teams to design, pilot, andvalidatenew solutionsthat can be incorporated into the enterprise roadmap. br/ br/ Success in this role requires strong execution capability, comfortoperatingacross organizational boundaries, and the ability to balance strategic alignment with practical, on-the-ground delivery. br/ br/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Enterprise Solution Enablement Scaling br/ br/ Lead the regional implementation and scaling of enterprise technology and innovation solutions across UK Ireland. br/ br/ Act as the primary UK I liaison to centralized Product and Innovation teams for solution rollout. br/ br/ Partner with UK I leadership to drive adoption through: br/ br/ On-the-ground training and enablement br/ br/ Change management and stakeholder alignment br/ br/ Identification of process, data, and systems integration needs br/ br/ Monitor adoption, performance, and ROI of deployedsolutions;surface insights and improvement opportunities to central teams. br/ br/ Ensure solutions are adapted (whereappropriate)to meet local regulatory, operational, and market needs whilemaintainingenterprise standards. br/ br/ 2. Innovation Gap Identification Piloting br/ br/ Identifyunmet needs or capability gaps where no enterprise solution currently exists. br/ br/ Collaborate with UK I business leaders to define clear problem statements and success criteria. br/ br/ Partner with central innovation and product leads to: br/ br/ Shape roadmap inputs br/ br/ Identifysolutions for piloting br/ br/ Design and execute pilots in UK I br/ br/ Validate business value, scalability, and operational fit br/ br/ Support the innovation teamwithdriving the on-the-ground pilot activity,including vendor coordination (where applicable), stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement. br/ br/ 3.
