The predicted salary is between 36675 - 44825 £ per year.
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Primary responsibility is to repair all plumber and mechanical fixtures on the contract.
- PPM to water hygiene assets inline with the SFG20.
- Engineer is expected to be competent in general engineer works with a multi-skilled role or biased towards mechanical, electrical trades.
- Full commissioning and servicing of all HVAC Equipment.
- Co-operation with contracts staff where necessary to achieve our employers' acceptance in line with agreed contract terms.
- Responsible for own Health & Safety on site and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments as standard on all sites, highlighting specific requirements as required.
- Mechanical and electrical general competence.
- Quoted work repairs and light installation work on gas equipment across our network of sites.
- Completing engineers worksheet in full, giving full details of plant that requires additional work.
- Plumbing level 2 & 3 NVQ.
- IPAF, PASMA.
- Preferred to have NVQ in Mechanical and/or electrical to backup gas qualifications.
- Extra qualifications to enable further self-delivery of our contract.
