Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role you will assist in providing financial insights and support for decision making, business planning and budgeting/forecasting. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and other business stakeholders to analyse financial performance, prepare reports and help drive evidence-based decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Analyse variances between actual and forecasted financials, providing insights into key drivers and trends.
- Collect, analyse and interpret financial data to support business decision making, performance improvements and provide data for prospective new sales.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Monitor and track financial KPIs and other performance indicators.
- Support collaboration with teams across the business to help align targets and processes.
- Work in partnership with Commercial Teams for cost planning in preparation for bids and tenders.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards and financial models.
