Role Overview And Purpose
ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, waste management and other contractual tasks at our client’s sites. You will ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and waste management are consistently achieved
- Complete budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations
- Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
- Control staff rosters, payroll, and manning levels
- Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site-based team
- Ensure compliance with quality performance measures and resolve any non-compliance issues
Required Skills And Experience
- Significant experience in operations management
- Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good IT literacy
