CONTRACT: Any 5 of 7 days as per 6-week rolling rota

Job Objective & Responsibilities:
As a Security Operative at Wellgate Shopping Centre you will be required to carry out Daily Security duties, including patrolling of the mall and assisting visitors to the centre. You would be expected to work to a high standard in line with client expectation.
As a Security Operative you will be required to ensure that the Shopping Malls, Centre Management Office, all public areas including all associated service yards/roads, toilets, common areas and back of house areas are fully secure and clean to a level of service which exceeds the clients expectations. You will be required to comply with both Security and site procedures.
Requirements:
- Must hold either a valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence.
- Exceptional Communication, written and spoken.
- Security experience desirable.
- Strong customer service focus with attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, confidence, and be enthusiastic.
- Flexible / supportive team player.
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly within a busy, dynamic working environment.
